Ideation

Basement: Idea overload — generating so many ideas that none get implemented. Losing interest once the "new idea" feeling fades. Overwhelming others with constant brainstorming. Valuing novelty over execution.

Developmental Practice: The Execution Commitment — For every ten ideas you generate, commit to fully implementing one. Practice the discipline of following a single idea to completion. Build finishing alongside starting.
