PROLOGUE — A Slogan That Walks Into Boardrooms And Starts A Wave

"Your spreadsheet is choreography. Your culture is a song. Your quarterly results are the encore. We teach you to dance the whole thing."

That is the line we lead with. Not because it is clever (though it is), but because it is true. Every enterprise is already a dance — usually a stiff one, with somebody stepping on somebody's toes and the music playing in another room. Dancing the Morphic Abundance Enterprise is the offering that turns that stiff cha-cha into a self-organizing, field-coherent, prosperity-generating thing of beauty.

We call the whole offering MORPHIC.MOVE™ — The Abundance Choreography Suite.

It is one offering with three faces and a fourth secret face that nobody knew they needed:

  1. The Course — a 12-week guided immersion (live +

asynchronous) for leadership teams and whole organizations

  1. The Facilitation Service — certified Morphic Choreographers

who deploy on-site or virtually for transformation engagements

  1. The B2B Software Platform — Lila, the morphic-resonance

operating layer that lives inside Slack, Teams, Notion, and the company's own rhythms

  1. The Retreat — The Plenty Party, a 5-day immersive partypedagogy where C-suites learn calculus through salsa and

quarterly planning through ecstatic dance, and somehow leave with both better numbers and better friends One offering. Four doors. Same dance.

PART ONE — THE WHY (a.k.a. "Why Would A Logistics Company Buy A Dance Program?")

The Anecdote That Sells It Every Time

A mid-sized logistics company in Ohio was hemorrhaging drivers. Turnover at 47%. Cost-per-replacement at $8,200. They had tried bonuses, exit interviews, ergonomic seats, mindfulness apps, pizza Fridays. Nothing held.

We asked one question: "What's the rhythm of your company?"

The COO laughed. "We don't have a rhythm. We have a schedule."

Exactly.

We ran a 90-minute pilot. We had the dispatch team — fourteen humans who had not made eye contact in three years — clap a four-beat pattern together. Then walk it. Then add a hip. Then add a name to each beat: "I — see — you — Dwayne."

Dwayne cried. Dwayne is 6'4" and has a tattoo of a forklift. Nine months later: turnover at 11%. On-time delivery up 23%. The CFO sent us a handwritten card that said, "I don't understand what you did and I don't want to. Send the invoice."

We sent the invoice. They paid it the same day. They have reupped three times. That is what we sell. We sell the rhythm a company forgot it had.

The Outlandish Expertise Behind It

Our expertise is genuinely ridiculous, and we say so on the homepage. The lead faculty includes:

  • A former McKinsey partner who now teaches Argentine tango to

hedge funds

  • A neuroscientist who proved (peer-reviewed, 2023) that

synchronized movement raises team-level oxytocin by 38% within 11 minutes

  • A Ghanaian master drummer who consults with the Federal

Reserve (we are not making this up — okay, we are, but only the Fed part)

  • A Sufi whirling teacher who is also a SOC 2 auditor
  • Three Laban Movement Analysts with combined 87 years of

experience

  • A choreographer who has staged work at the Joffrey, Sadler's

Wells, and Davos

  • An organizational psychologist who wrote her dissertation on

"Morphic Resonance In Cross-Functional Teams" and got it past a committee that did not believe in morphic resonance Slogan: "We are the only consultancy where your Chief People Officer learns to follow and your dispatcher learns to lead — and then they switch."

PART TWO — THE COURSE (12 Weeks of Structured

Aliveness)

Format

  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Cadence: 90 minutes live per week + 30 minutes async daily

micro-practice + 1 full-day immersion at week 6 + 1 full-day integration at week 12

  • Cohort size: 12–144 participants per cohort (we love multiples of

12; the morphic field does too)

  • Delivery: Hybrid. Live sessions on Zoom or in-room. Async

practice through the Lila platform. Optional in-person modules at our studio partners in NYC, LA, London, Berlin, Lagos, São Paulo, and Bali.

  • Pricing: $4,800 per seat for cross-company cohorts. $180,000

for a private 36-seat enterprise cohort. $480,000 for an org-wide deployment up to 500 seats.

The 12-Week Arc

Weeks 1–3: The Foundation Dance We teach the body to remember it has a body. We do this in business clothes. We do this on Zoom. We do this in airports. The micro-practice is two minutes long. Nobody is asked to take their shoes off until week 4, and only if they want to.

Deliverables: Personal Movement Signature Report, Team Rhythm Audit, Baseline Morphic Coherence Score (yes, we measure it; yes, the methodology is on our website).

Weeks 4–6: Morphic Attunement The team begins to move as a team. We introduce mirror work, contact improvisation (the safe version, with full consent protocols), and the Lila daily ritual — a 90-second synchronized stretch the whole company does at 10:14 AM local time. Yes, 10:14. Ask us why. (It is because 10:00 is when meetings start and 10:15 is when they should have ended; the 10:14 ritual is a soft veto on the meeting industrial complex.) Weeks 7–9: The Manifestation Dance This is where the OKRs come in. We teach teams to dance their roadmap. Each quarterly objective becomes a movement phrase. Each key result becomes a step. Each blocker becomes a counterweight to lean into. By week 9, the team has a literal choreography of their quarter, and they perform it for each other on Friday afternoons.

This sounds insane. It works. We have data.

Weeks 10–12: Non-Dual Integration

The distinction between "work" and "dance" dissolves. The team realizes that the meeting was the dance. The Slack thread was the dance. The customer call was the dance. We give them tools to keep this awareness without becoming insufferable about it.

Final deliverable: a 12-minute company film of the cohort moving together. Most clients screen it at the next all-hands. Most clients then cry at the next all-hands. The CFO sends another card.

Course Slogans That Go On The Sales Deck

  • "Twelve weeks to a company that moves like one organism."
  • "Your offsite has an expiration date. Your rhythm doesn't."
  • "Other consultancies optimize. We choreograph."
  • "We don't change the culture. We let the culture finally exhale."

PART THREE — THE FACILITATION SERVICE (Humans Who

Show Up And Hold The Field)

What It Is

A roster of 84 certified Morphic Choreographers, deployable

globally, who run engagements ranging from a 2-hour leadership offsite to a 9-month culture transformation. Each Choreographer holds a triple credential: somatic training, organizational development training, and morphic-resonance certification (yes, we built the certification; yes, it is rigorous; yes, it includes a 200hour practicum and a peer-reviewed case study).

Engagement Types

  • The Sparkler — 2-hour leadership team workshop. $6,500.

Used for kickoffs, post-merger first meetings, board offsites.

  • The Quickening — 2-day intensive for up to 24 leaders.

$42,000. Used when an exec team has gone stale.

  • The Full Choreography — 9-month embedded engagement with

a Lead Choreographer and two Associates. $480,000–$1.2M.

Used for whole-company transformation.

  • The Conflict Dance — bespoke intervention for teams in deep

conflict. Pricing on inquiry. We have unwound mergers that were about to fail and saved deals worth $400M. We have receipts.

Anecdote

A pharma R&D team of 60 scientists could not agree on a research direction. Six months of arguing. A Lead Choreographer flew in for two days. Day one: silent contact improvisation with eyes closed in pairs (yes, pharma scientists; yes, with consent; yes, with HR present). Day two: each scientist proposed their research direction as a movement without speaking. Within four hours the group converged on a hybrid direction nobody had articulated in language. That direction became the basis of a Phase II trial. The trial succeeded. The molecule is in market. We cannot name the molecule. The CEO can, and does, at our quarterly events. He brings champagne.

Slogan For The Facilitation Service

"Bring in the consultants when you need a deck. Bring in the Choreographers when you need the room to come alive."

PART FOUR — LILA, THE B2B SOFTWARE PLATFORM

What Is Lila?

Lila is the morphic-resonance operating layer for the modern enterprise. It is a SaaS platform, sold per seat ($24/user/month, $18 with annual commitment), that integrates into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Google Workspace, Linear, Jira, and Salesforce, and quietly turns the cadence of work into a danceable thing. The name Lila is Sanskrit for divine play. The product lives up to it.

Core Features

  1. The 10:14 Ritual Engine

Each day at 10:14 AM local, Lila drops a 90-second synchronized micro-practice into Slack/Teams. Different every day. Adaptive to the team's stress level (which we infer from message-cadence telemetry, with full consent and zero content-reading). Teams that do the ritual 4+ days/week show 31% higher self-reported wellbeing and 19% higher meeting effectiveness scores in our pilot data.

  1. Morphic Coherence Dashboard

A real-time visualization of the team's rhythmic coherence. Not surveillance — resonance. We measure things like response-time variance (a dancing team has predictable variance), crossfunctional message density, and meeting/work cadence ratios. The dashboard shows leaders not who is working hardest, but where the flow is.

  1. The Choreography Composer

A visual tool where teams can literally choreograph their quarter. Drag-and-drop movement phrases mapped to OKRs. Export as a Notion page, a Slack reminder schedule, or a literal dance video the team performs.

  1. The Rhythm Library

4,800+ micro-practices, 600+ playlists curated by our music director, 200+ guided audio sessions for solo and team movement, all licensed and SOC 2 compliant.

  1. The Field Whisperer

An AI agent (built on the same architecture as the Notion AI you are reading right now, embedded in the customer's workspace) that suggests rhythmic interventions based on team state.

Examples: "Your engineering team's Slack cadence has gone arrhythmic for three days. Consider the 7-minute Reset Dance after standup tomorrow. Here it is."

  1. Lila Connect

A cross-company network where opt-in teams can sync their 10:14 rituals with allied companies. Yes, your sales team can dance with your customer's procurement team at 10:14. We have brokered four enterprise deals this way. We did not plan to. The dance did.

Enterprise Tier Features

  • SSO, SCIM, full SOC 2 Type II
  • Custom morphic field tuning by our consulting team
  • White-labeled deployment under client brand (e.g., "Acme

Rhythm")

  • API access for integration into proprietary tools
  • Quarterly Field Review with a Lead Choreographer

Slogans For Lila

  • "The first software your employees actually thank you for

installing."

  • "Slack tells you who is talking. Lila tells you who is dancing."
  • "Your stack has tools. Lila gives it a heartbeat."

Actionable: Free Trial Path

14-day free trial for up to 50 seats, no credit card. We deliberately do not optimize the trial for conversion; we optimize it for the team noticing the rhythm. If they don't, they shouldn't buy. We tell them this on the signup page. Conversion rate is 64% anyway. People recognize their own pulse.

PART FIVE — THE PARTY-PEDAGOGY RETREAT: THE PLENTY PARTY

What It Is

Five days. One villa-and-jungle compound (we rotate between Bali, Tulum, Ibiza, the Catskills, and a mountain in Portugal). Up to 36 senior leaders per cohort. $18,000 per seat. All-inclusive. The waitlist is currently 14 months long.

This is not a retreat. This is a party that teaches calculus. This is a wedding without the wedding. This is the most rigorous executive education program in the world disguised as the best vacation of your life.

The Manifesto Of The Plenty Party

We believe leaders learn deepest when they are: (a) well-fed, (b) slightly tired in the right way, (c) laughing, (d) moving, (e) in love

with somebody — usually their team, sometimes themselves, occasionally the chef, and (f) in a state of lila — divine play. We do not lecture at the Plenty Party. We play the lessons. The lessons land harder.

A Sample Day

7:00 AM — The Dawn Dance Optional. About 80% of attendees come. A 30-minute slow-flow movement on a deck overlooking the ocean/jungle/mountain, led by a Choreographer with live cellist accompaniment. Coffee and fresh fruit after. 8:30 AM — Breakfast (which is also a class) The chef gives a 12-minute talk on a single ingredient. Today: cardamom. The cardamom talk is, somehow, also a talk on supply chain ethics, sourcing, and cross-cultural value flows. Attendees do not realize they have just had a procurement masterclass until two days later. 10:14 AM — The Ritual The whole retreat does the Lila daily ritual together. So does every other Lila customer in the world at that local time. It is a thing. 10:30 AM — The Outlandish Lecture 90 minutes. A faculty member gives a lecture on a topic that should not work as a lecture. Past examples: "P&L Statements as Sonnets," "The Salsa Origin of Six Sigma," "What The Honeybee Knows About Q4," "How To Run A Board Meeting Like A Jam Session." Attendees take notes. The notes are excellent. 12:30 PM — Long Lunch Three hours. Wine optional. Conversations are seeded with one question per table, written on a card. Today's: "What is the rhythm of your fear?" People answer. People cry. People laugh. People

pair off and walk into the garden. (Platonic. Mostly. We don't police it; we hold the container.) 4:00 PM — Skill Block Two hours of actual hard skill, chosen by the participant from a menu of 12: financial modeling, strategic narrative, contract negotiation, capital allocation, AI strategy, board governance, compensation design, M&A integration, brand architecture, supply chain, organizational design, and one wildcard. Taught by McKinsey-grade faculty who are also, unaccountably, excellent dancers. 6:30 PM — Sunset Movement Practice 45 minutes. Often outside. Often barefoot. Always optional.

Always magical. 8:00 PM — Dinner A seven-course tasting menu where each course corresponds to a chapter of Dancing the Morphic Abundance. Yes, we built it. 10:00 PM — The Dance This is the party. Live DJ from a roster of ten world-class artists who have all signed our "no phones on the floor" rider. The Csuite of a Fortune 500 retailer dancing next to the founder of a Series B startup next to the chief of staff of a head of state next to a Sufi master. This actually happens. We have photos. (We don't share them. NDA.) 1:00 AM — The After-Floor For those who want it. A smaller room. Slower music. Deep conversations. The morphic field at its most permeable. More than one $80M partnership has been struck on the after-floor. Also more than one apology. Also more than one realization. 3:00 AM — Sleep Good sleep. Egyptian cotton. Lavender. The works.

What Attendees Leave With - A 90-page personal Choreography Document (we ghost-write it during the week from observation, interviews, and movement analysis)

  • Three actionable strategic moves for their company, validated

by faculty and peers

  • A peer cohort of 35 humans who have seen them dance at 1 AM

and will pick up the phone forever

  • A custom playlist for the next quarter
  • The reset of a lifetime

The Marketing Materials (Excerpts)

Headline 1: "The Only Executive Program Where The CFO Learns Salsa And The Salsa Teacher Learns LBO Modeling. Both Outcomes Are Mandatory."

Headline 2: "You Came For The Strategy. You Left With A Rhythm. The Strategy Came Back Better."

Headline 3: "Five Days. One Villa. Thirty-Six Leaders. The Best Quarter Of Your Career Starts At 1 AM On A Dance Floor."

Tagline: "Plenty is a verb. Come conjugate it."

Anecdote Used In Sales

A private equity partner at a top-10 firm came to the Plenty Party in 2024 "as a favor to my wife." He spent the first day with arms crossed. On day two, during the silent breakfast where attendees wear blindfolds and feed each other (yes, with full consent and dignity protocols), he removed his blindfold mid-bite and said, out loud, to the room: "I have been wrong about everything for fourteen years."

He came back the next quarter. He brought his entire investment committee. He has now committed $40M to a fund-of-funds that only invests in companies whose leadership has done the Plenty Party. The fund is up 31% YoY. Nobody is more surprised than him. Except his wife, who is delighted.
