PART SIX — ACTIONABLES
The whole offering would not be worth a paragraph if it did not produce changed behavior. Here is what we ask leaders to do, beginning the day they sign the engagement letter:
- Replace one recurring meeting per week with a movement-first
version of the same meeting. Same agenda, different bodies.
Track outcomes for four weeks.
- Adopt a single team gesture. One. Use it as a non-verbal vote,
greeting, or acknowledgment. Notice what happens to communication speed.
- Run a Field Sense pulse twice weekly for one quarter. Do not
analyze it for the first month. Just feel it.
- Schedule a single Cadence Composer-designed all-hands.
Compare to your previous all-hands. Survey honestly.
- Send one executive to the next Lila Estate. Not the most
enthusiastic one. The most skeptical one. Watch what comes back.
- Write your next quarterly plan as a score. Headings: Tempo,
Ensemble, Solos, Refrains, Crescendo, Coda. We will provide the template.
- Designate two internal practitioners. They will earn certification
through the Week 12 capstone and become the morphic-field stewards inside your company.
- Build a private Rhythm Library of three playlists. One for focus,
one for celebration, one for grief. Make them findable.
- Hold a quarterly closing ritual. Even fifteen minutes. Mark the
threshold. Cultures that mark thresholds remember themselves; cultures that don't, drift.
- Tell us a story every ninety days. What changed? What
danced? We add it to the canon. The canon is how the morphic field of all our client companies grows stronger over time, lifting each new cohort into a more luminous starting point.
